15-Day Free Returns
- Free returns can be requested within 15 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for change of mind returns, items must be in original condition, with packaging and labels intact (including free gifts) and safety seals unbroken. Applicable to selected items. T&Cs apply.

- Please ensure that you carefully review your order items upon receipt to confirm that they are in good condition and match what you’ve ordered before opening the package.
- We recommend recording a video while unboxing to document the condition of the package and its contents.
- Before opening the lid, please check that the lens inside the bottle is in perfect condition.
- Kindly note that exchanges or refunds will not be processed if Terms & Conditions 1 and 2 are not followed.

- - The code sent is not the same as what was ordered, and you want your money back.
- Your money will be refunded once we have received the parcel you wish to return/ Your new parcel will be posted once we have received the parcel you with to return
- How to return the parcel?
- - You can go to any courier branch (e.g., JNT, NINJAVAN, FLASH).
- - You can drop it off and inform the staff that you want to use the "DFOD" service (the item will be delivered to us, and we will pay the shipping cost in cash).
